This is the period of living as an Oblate. To live Benedictine Spirituality through association with the cenobitic and oblate communities of St. Gertrude.

Community

Continue to spend time at the monastery at least once a year. Initiate action to continue connecting with the cenobitic and oblate communities. Maintain communication with the Oblate Director.

Message

Continue to study Benedictine spirituality

Worship

Continue practices of personal prayer and lectio divina. Continue joining in Liturgy of Hours and Eucharist with the cenobitic and oblate communities when possible.

Service

Continue in ministry which flows from your prayer life. Choose ways to express the monastery's mission in your local situation.
