The Monastery of St. Gertrude Book & Gift Shop features the talents of local artisans and handcrafted items by the the Benedictine Sisters, which contribute to the financial health of the monastic community.

The Monastery Book & Gift Shop helps support the St. Gertrude's community. Every purchase you make helps keep the monastery's doors open, our ministries thriving, and our mission alive and well in this millennium. A wide variety of Christian inspired gift items are available, including:

• Stained glass and photographs of Catholic icons

• Handcrafted items reflecting the natural beauty of God's creations, such as fibercrafts, candles and woodcrafts

• Spiritually influenced bookcraft such as religious cards and journals

• Handmade herbal soaps, lip balms and healing salves crafted using herbs from the monastery gardens

Additional items include original creations by Christian artists and products that have been carefully selected to reflect the monastery’s Benedictine philosophy and culture.
