Inn at St. Gertrude is
a Bed & Breakfast that offers a unique
opportunity to stay on the beautiful and tranquil
grounds of the Monastery of St. Gertrude in
Cottonwood, Idaho. This beautiful Bed & Breakfast is
a perfect place for guests to enjoy the combination of a
quiet, reflective atmosphere with comfortable
accommodations, full amenities and gracious hospitality.
The
Inn at St. Gertrude
offers four well-appointed rooms and suites with
pillow-top mattresses and private baths. Each smoke-free
room features Monastery antiques, warm inviting colors
and outdoor living space along with TV and broadband
Internet access. Bed & Breakfast guests may
share the
breakfast meal with the Benedictine Sisters, 7:30-8:00
am (observed in
silence on weekdays) in the Monastery dining room or a continental breakfast in the
Inn’s common room.
The Inn at
St. Gertrude is situated on the tranquil
grounds of the Monastery of St. Gertrude in the heart of Idaho’s scenic Camas Prairie. You will be surrounded by peace and quiet at the
edge of 150 wooded acres which are ideally situated to offer spectacular
views of the rolling prairie and the Gospel Hump Wilderness and Seven Devils
mountain ranges.
The Inn at
St. Gertrude Bed & Breakfast is located in North
Central Idaho, midway between
Spokane, Washington, and Boise, Idaho, three miles from Cottonwood,
Idaho off US Highway 95,
but far away from the crowds and cares of everyday life. Explore the
Monastery’s historic chapel, world-renowned Historical Museum
and hiking trails or enjoy the fishing, river rafting, golf, hiking,
biking, and skiing, that are all just minutes away.
