Sister Kim Marie inducted into Phi Alpha Honor Society

Sister Kim Marie Jordan, a student in the School of Social Work at Lewis-Clark State College, has been inducted into the Phi Alpha Honor Society, an organization that promotes excellence in the profession. The award recognizes Sister Kim Marie’s academic achievements.
“Making good grades is the first step in being able to uphold the values and ethics of social work practice,” says Sister Kim Marie. “The more I learn the better I can serve the clients I am called to help.”
The purpose of Phi Alpha Honor Society is “to provide a closer bond among students of social work and promote humanitarian goals and ideals.”
Sister Kim Marie intends to graduate with a degree of social work in 2013 and will make her Perpetual Monastic Profession as a sister of the Monastery of St. Gertrude on March 10, 2012 at 7 p.m.
