How to get to the Monastery in Cottonwood, Idaho

From the South (Boise):
Take the south Cottonwood exit off US Highway 95 into town and proceed until you see the railway trestle. Go under the railway trestle and follow Keuterville Road to the Monastery of St. Gertrude.
From the North (Lewiston):
Take the north Cottonwood exit off US Highway 95. At the first stop sign, turn right. Go under the railway trestle and follow Keuterville Road to the Monastery of St. Gertrude.
From the East (Missoula):
Take US Highway 12 across Lolo Pass and into Idaho. At Kamiah follow the signs left, right, and left for Highway 162 (it is clearly marked). You’ll know you are on the right road when you drive by two schools on your way out of town.
Stay on Highway 162 for approximately 15 miles and you come to a stop sign. Take a left at the stop sign and stay on that road for about 1 mile until you come to the first road to your right. There will be a sign that points towards Greencreek. Take that first road on your right. You will go through the community of Greencreek on your way towards Cottonwood. There will be a stop sign when you come to US Highway 95. Do NOT turn onto this highway but go straight across it and you will be entering Cottonwood. Follow the road that will wind through Cottonwood until you come to a stop sign. Turn right and go under the railway trestle following Keuterville Road to the Monastery of St. Gertrude.
