We do everything we can to hear the calls for help and requests for prayer, to be available when you need us. The monastery provides respite and rest for many of you who make retreat, visit the museum or stop in for a cup of coffee. You see our life and share our future each time you visit or call, and we are grateful.

God’s care is manifest in many ways: in the seasons of the earth and the gifts of the land; in our deeply held relationships with friends and family like you; in breaking our daily bread. Unable to shut our windows against the cries of injustice, poverty and violence, we are called to be the voice for those who are not heard. Like many of you we attempt to open the windows of justice which are closed tightly against so many.
