Spend a week with the Benedictine Sisters:

  • Experience something of their life, prayer and work.
  • Come to understand their charism.
  • See some of their ministries.
  • Learn the history of the community.
  • Hear first-hand vocation stories of sisters.
  • Enjoy leisure time in nature.

Care of the Land

Vocations Cabin Experience, July 28-30, Friday 7:30 p.m. to Sunday 1:30 p.m.

If you are discerning a vocation as a Benedictine sister, please come to the summer cabin experience, July 28-30th. We will stay at our farmhouse, then brunch up at the cabin in the Monastery forest on Sunday morning. It will be a weekend of eating and playing and learning about monastic life at St. Gertrude’s!
